If a design is not provided by the client, we are able to create one and present mockups so the client can see what the design will look like on an actual shirt.
Step 2 - Coat the Screens

Fresh screens are coated with emulsion in a dark room, protecting them from being exposed to UV light.
Step 3 - Dry the Screens

After coating, we dry the screens on a screen rack in our dark room.

After the design is approved, it is printed onto a clear film transparency that will be used to make the screen.

Once the film is printed and the screen is dry, we burn the image onto the screen using our LED exposure unit.
Step 6 - Wash Out the Design

Immediately after burning the screen, we wash out the design. This will allow the unexposed portion of the screen to clear, showing the design for the shirt.

The screen is then loaded onto our manual press, ink is added, and the shirt is printed.

After the shirt is printed, it is then loaded into our conveyor dryer to cure the ink. We then fold all the shirts and pack them for pickup or delivery.
